This economical Video to PC scaler box converts CV/YC (NTSC or PAL system) to PC resolution like XGA to UXGA or HD resolutions of 480/576p, 720p and 1080p.

So it allows you to view DVD, VCR or video game sources on your PC display or on your HDTV.
